摘　　要：应急战术互联网网络管理系统是应急战术互联网的关键组成部分。对应急战术互联网的网络管理业务需求进行了充分分析,同时梳理了系统需要具备的主要功能,并提出了整个系统的总体架构,对总体架构进行了详细描述,并对各层业务进行了详细梳理,指出了业务实现方式和总体逻辑,为应急战术互联网网络管理系统的技术实现提供了一定的参考和借鉴。The emergency tactical Internet network management system is a key component of the emergency tactical Internet.The network management business requirements of the emergency tactical Internet are fully analyzed.The main functions of the system are sorted out.The overall architecture of the whole system is proposed and described in detail.The services at all levels are sorted out in detail,and the business implementation mode and overall logic are given,which provides some reference for the technical implementation of the emergency tactical Internet network management system.
