摘 要:高精度星相机是实现立体测绘卫星定姿精度的核心仪器,其视轴漂移误差是影响姿态确定精度的重要因素。为了实现在轨实时测量星相机视轴变化情况,文章提出了一种基于光学自准直原理构建测量光路,通过监视基准光斑位置变化得到星相机视轴在轨实时变化量的方法,并利用星相机视轴漂移量实时修正在轨实时测量的姿态四元数,最后对星相机之间夹角变化情况进行了试验验证。试验结果表明:采用本算法修正后星相机之间的夹角长期低频误差得到有效去除,有利于降低地面处理系统标校的频率和次数;在单条航线内星相机之间的夹角最大误差为0.74″(3σ),且受视轴漂移修正算法的影响极小;通过进一步计算得到的单台星相机总误差为0.50″(3σ),低频误差为0.30″(3σ),噪声等效角为0.48″(3σ),通过以上数据可以说明星相机具有良好的精度。文章研究的处理方法可以为立体测绘卫星地面数据处理提供参考。High-precision star camera is the core instrument to achieve attitude determination of the stereo mapping satellite,and its boresight drift error is an important factor that affects the accuracy of attitude determination.In order to achieve real-time measurement of changes in the visual axis of a star camera in orbit,a method is proposed in this paper to construct a measurement optical path based on the principle of optical autocollimation,obtain real-time changes in the camera's visual axis in orbit by monitoring the position change of the reference spot,and use the star camera's visual axis drift to correct in real time the attitude quaternion measured in orbit.Finally,an experiment was conducted to verify the variation of the included angle between star cameras.The results show that the long term low frequency error of the angle between two star cameras was effectively removed with the proposed method,which contributed to reducing the frequency of ground processing system calibration.The angle error between two cameras was slightly affected by the boresight drift correction algorithm with the maximum error 0.74″(3σ)in a single trace.Star camera total error/LSFE(Low Spatial Frequency Error)/NEA(Noise Equivalent Angle)calculated were 0.50″(3σ)/0.30″(3σ)/0.48″(3σ)respectively,which indicated the camera having high accuracy performance.The processing methods studied in this article can provide reference for ground data processing of three-dimensional surveying and mapping satellites.
