摘 要:结合郑阜高铁周淮特大桥3-(40+56+40)m双线连续箱梁项目,对铁路预应力连续梁节段预制拼装法施工工艺进行研究。该工艺具有施工速度快、机械化程度高、梁段外观质量好、混凝土质量易控制、合龙后梁体竖向挠度小等优点,具有很好的经济和社会效益。节段预制胶拼法在本项目的成功运用,填补了国内铁路连续梁施工的空白,形成了一套完整工法和标准,代表了未来桥梁施工的发展方向,具有良好的推广应用前景。Combined with the 3-(40+56+40)m double-track continuous box girder project of Zhengfu High-speed Railway Zhouhuai Bridge,the construction technology of railway prestressed continuous beam segment prefabricated assembly method is studied.This process has the advantages of fast construction,high degree of mechanization,good appearance quality of beam sections,easy control of concrete quality,and small vertical deflection of the beam body after closing,has good economic and social benefits.The successful application of the segmental prefabricated glue method in this project has filled the gap in the construction of domestic railway continuous beams,and formed a complete set of construction methods and standards,representing the future development direction of bridge construction,and has a good prospect of promotion and application.
