摘 要:为了提高围堰施工质量,解决主桥承台锁口钢管桩围堰应力和变形较大、位移偏大的问题,提出主桥承台锁口钢管桩围堰施工与质量优化工艺。通过建立主桥承台锁口钢管桩围堰有限元模型,优化流水压力、土压力等参数,改善施工准备、钢管桩围堰施工、钢管桩围堰封底、围堰拆除主要工艺,实现主桥承台锁口钢管桩围堰施工与质量优化。优化结果表明:钢管桩围堰应力和变形监测值与理论值差均小于1,施工结果与有限元理论计算值极其接近,钢管桩围堰施工质量较高。In order to improve the construction quality of the cofferdam and solve the problems of large stress,deformation and displacement of the steel pipe pile cofferdam with the lock mouth of the main bridge bearing platform,the construction and quality optimization technology of the steel pipe pile cofferdam with the lock mouth of the main bridge bearing platform is proposed.The technology mainly includes:establish the finite element model of the steel pipe pile cofferdam with the locking mouth of the main bridge bearing platform,optimize the parameters such as water pressure and earth pressure,improve the main processes of construction preparation,steel pipe pile cofferdam construction,steel pipe pile cofferdam bottom sealing and cofferdam removal.The optimization results show that the difference between the stress and deformation monitoring values and the theoretical values of the steel pipe pile cofferdam is less than 1,and the construction results are very close to the finite element theoretical calculation values.The construction quality of the steel pipe pile cofferdam is relatively high.
