摘　　要：目的:建立以RP-HPLC法测定消炎退热颗粒中菊苣酸的含量测定。方法:岛津C18(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(16:84),检测波长326nm,柱温30℃。结果:菊苣酸线性范围在2.345μg/mL~23.44μg/mL呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率102.3%,RSD为2.8%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,为消炎退热颗粒质量评价提供了可靠的依据。Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of cichoric acid in Xiaoyan Tuire Granulate.Methods:Shimadzu C18(250*4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution(16:84),detection wavelength 326 nm,column temperature 30℃.Results:cichoric acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.345μg/mL~23.44μg/mL,r=0.9999,the average recovery was 102.3%,RSD was 2.8%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which provides a reliable basis for the quality evaluation of Xiaoyan Tuire Granules.
