摘  要:磨光机广泛应用于道路建设、建筑工地、桥梁工程、室内工程等场合。传统的磨光机均需要人工操作,并且存在工作效率低、人工成本高、使用安全性较差等问题,特别在高楼楼顶等特殊工作场合操作的便捷性和安全性极差。虽然现在市场上已有驾驶型磨光机,但由于其体积过于庞大,仅仅适合在打磨面积较大的水平地面之上工作,不能在高楼楼顶等相对特殊的工作地点使用,而且机器的运输也比较麻烦,使用便捷性较差。为了解决上述现有磨光机存在的一系列问题,对市场上使用最普遍的两种磨光机技术进行了深入分析,在相关理论研究基础之上,提出并设计了远程可控人工智能磨光机方案。设计的方案能够通过基于单片机的控制系统实现手机远程操控磨光机启停及运动等相关工作,磨光机的运动是通过磨光机主体四个方向上风扇的摆动和自身转动实现的。磨光机顶部装有360°方向摄像头,可以通过远程控制实时向手机传输工作环境的视频信息,可以在高楼楼顶或者是比较狭小的工作环境进行磨光工作,大大的减少了因工人操作和工作环境等问题带来的安全隐患,具有体积小、使用便捷、适应性强、工作效率高以及使用范围广的特点。Polishing machine is widely used in road construction,construction sites,bridge engineering,indoor engineering,and other occasions.Traditional polishing machines require manual operation,and there are problems such as low work effi ciency,high labor cost,poor safety of use,especially in special working occasions such as high-rise rooftops.Although there are now driver-type polishing machines on the market,because their size is too large,they are only suitable for working on the horizontal ground with a large grinding area,and cannot be used in relatively special working places such as high-rise roofs,and the transportation of the machine is also more troublesome,and the convenience of use is poor.In order to solve a series of problems existing grinders mentioned above,the two most used polishing machine technologies on the market are analyzed in depth.Based on relevant theoretical research,a remote controllable artifi cial intelligence polishing machine scheme is proposed and designed.The designed scheme can realize the mobile phone remote control of the grinder start,stop and movement and other related work through the control system based on the single-chip microcomputer,and the movement of the grinder is realized by the swing and self-rotation of the fan in the four directions of the polishing machine.The top of the polishing machine is equipped with a 360°directional camera,which can transmit the video information of the working environment to the mobile phone in real time through remote control,and can be polished on the roof of a high-rise building or in a relatively narrow working environment,which greatly reduces the safety hazards caused by the operation of workers and the working environment,and has the characteristics of small size,convenient use,strong adaptability,high work effi ciency and wide range of use.
