摘　　要：机动车查验是各地车辆管理所办理机动车登记等业务时,根据道路交通安全法律、法规和相关标准确认机动车,是严厉打击盗抢、走私、非法拼改装的主要有效手段;并从基层查验员的角度出发,对规范查验工作提出了几条建议。Motor vehicle inspection is the main eff ective means to severely crack down on theft,robbery,smuggling,illegal assembly and refi tting,which is used to confi rm motor vehicles according to road traffi c safety laws,regulations and relevant standards when they handle motor vehicle registration and other businesses.AT the end of this article,from the perspective of grassroots inspectors,several suggestions are put forward to standardized the inspection work.
