摘  要:对磷铝双层包覆制备装饰纸用钛白粉工艺参数进行研究。确定最佳处理剂“磷酸盐C+偏铝酸钠”,最佳工艺参数:P2O5加入量(质量分数)为1.0%,第一层包覆铝加入量(质量分数)1.0%,包覆铝加入总量(质量分数)为5.0%,第二层包覆熟化pH=6.0。该工艺下制备钛白粉留着率为90.02%、耐光性ΔE为0.33,SEM和表层元素分析表明:磷铝双层包膜钛白粉包膜厚度大、包覆完整性好,为理想装饰纸用钛白粉。The process parameters of preparing titanium dioxide for decorative paper using phosphorus aluminum double layer coating were studied.Determine the optimal treatment agent"phosphate C+sodium metaaluminate",the optimal process parameters are:1.0%P2O5 addition,1.0%first layer coated aluminum addition,5.0%total coated aluminum addition,and 6.0 second layer coated aging pH.The retention rate of titanium dioxide prepared under this process is 90.02%,and its light resistance is excellent/ΔE 0.33,SEM and surface element analysis show that the phosphorus aluminum double-layer coating titanium dioxide has a large coating thickness and good coating integrity,making it an ideal titanium dioxide for decorative paper.
