摘  要:介绍了S300型氨合成塔催化剂卸装、内件拆装过程的安全、质量管理措施。针对氨合成塔在催化剂卸料过程中因催化剂遇到空气发生氧化,床层温度升高,导致损坏合成塔内件问题及氮气环境下装卸剂,引起人员中毒窒息、着火等意外事件问题。提出氨合成塔卸装过程中可行的质量、安全管理措施,确保催化剂高效、优质、稳定运行。This article introduces the safety and quality management measures for the unloading and disassembly of S300 ammonia synthesis tower catalyst and internal components.In response to the problem of damage to the internal components of the ammonia synthesis tower due to oxidation of the catalyst in the air during the catalyst unloading process,as well as unexpected events such as poisoning,suffocation,and fire caused by loading and unloading of the catalyst in a nitrogen environment,this paper proposes feasible quality and safety management measures during the unloading process of the ammonia synthesis tower to ensure efficient,high-quality,and stable operation of the catalyst.
