摘  要:自动刮涂工艺与当前应用的自动喷涂工艺相比,具有涂装效率高、有机溶剂使用量极低的优点。基于此,通过自动刮涂工艺参数优化,提高产品涂装工艺水平,大幅减少涂装作业过程中产生的废气排放,同时进行了典型样件刮涂及工艺稳定性验证,进一步表明工艺优化结果的可靠性,为相关研究提供参考。Compared with the current automatic spraying process,the automatic scraping coating process has the advantages of high coating efficiency and extremely low use of organic solvents.Based on this,by optimizing the automatic scraping process parameters,the level of product coating process is improved,and the exhaust emissions generated during the coating operation are significantly reduced.At the same time,typical sample scraping and process stability verification are carried out,further demonstrating the reliability of the process optimization results and providing reference for related research.
