摘 要:200 MW燃气流风洞试验后产生数吨含油、含悬浮物污水,针对污水处理技术及设备开展研究,对比了阻截吸附、化学分解、沉淀等多种除油技术,结合风洞系统实际情况选择适宜的除油技术,设计并建成了相应的除油系统。研究发现基于新理念、新材料开发的阻截吸附除油技术与传统的除油技术有着本质的区别,所采用的HK阻截膜产生的动态选择阻截膜效应能够实现水过油不过。基于阻截吸附技术的除油系统简洁明了、成本低廉、效果突出,与燃气风洞系统或其他类似有除油需求的场景极为贴切。After the 200 MW gas flow wind tunnel test,several tons of oily and suspended wastewater were generated.Research was conducted on sewage treatment technology and equipment,and various oil removal technologies such as interception adsorption,chemical decomposition,and sedimentation were compared.Based on the actual situation of the wind tunnel system,suitable oil removal technologies were selected,and corresponding oil removal systems were designed and built.Research has found that there is a fundamental difference between the interception adsorption oil removal technology based on new concepts and new material development and traditional oil removal technology.The dynamic selective interception membrane effect generated by the HK interception membrane used can achieve water over oil.The oil removal system based on interception and adsorption technology is concise,low-cost,and effective,which is extremely suitable for gas wind tunnel systems or other similar scenarios with oil removal needs.
