摘　　要：为拓宽产品聚道,适应企业发展,内蒙古大唐国际克什克腾煤制天然气有限责任公司依托原厂工艺特建设煤制天然气液化项目。联动试车是在设备单式完成后,系统进入生产介质,对设备性能进行检查试验,确定设备本身质量是否符合运转条件。因此联动试车的成功与否直接关系到生产系统日后的安全稳定。着重总结本公司在联动试车中的重难点,进一步辨识其危险、有害因素,为液化天然气岗位试运行提供经验参考。In order to broaden the product convergence and adapt to the development of the enterprise,the company relies on the original process to build a coal to liquefied natural gas project.Combined test run refers to the system entering the production medium afer the completion of single equipment,and checking and testing the equipment performance to determine whether the equipment quality meets the operating conditions.Therefore,the success of combined test run is directly related to the safety and stability of the production system in the future.This paper focuses on summarizing the key and difficult points in the combined test run of the company,and further identifying the dangerous and harmful factors,so as to provide experience reference for the test run of liquefied natural gas posts.
