摘  要:针对当前煤炭洗选过程中粗煤泥在分选环节中效果不佳从而影响精煤产率和质量的问题,在对原煤及煤泥分选性和粒度分布进行研究的基础上,分别通过试验方式对比了粗煤泥直接回收和粗煤泥重介质旋流器回收工艺效果,并重点对比了两种回收工艺对应的精煤产率、灰分等指标,得出采用粗煤泥重介质旋流器回收工艺比直接回收工艺每年可直接增加收益1 080万元。In response to the issue of poor performance of coarse coal slime in the current coal washing process,which affects the yield and quality of clean coal,based on the research on the sorting performance and particle size distribution of raw coal and coal slime,the effects of direct recovery of coarse coal slime and heavy medium cyclone recovery of coarse coal slime were compared through experimental methods,and the corresponding indicators of clean coal yield,ash content,and other indicators were compared between the two recovery processes.It is concluded that using the coarse coal slurry heavy medium cyclone recovery process can directly increase the revenue by 10.8 million yuan per year compared to the direct recovery process.
