摘　　要：为探究壳牌粉煤气化炉煤烧嘴的损坏原因,本次研究基于某煤化工企业所应用的壳牌粉煤气化炉的实际情况,结合相关参考资料和理论分析等,确定了造成壳牌粉煤气化炉煤烧嘴损坏的几个主要原因,而后结合这些原因,详细探讨了针对性的解决及维护措施,以期提高壳牌粉煤气化炉煤烧嘴的运行稳定性,并为后续的相关工作提供参考借鉴。In order to investigate the causes of damage to the coal burner of Shell's powder coal gasification furnace,this study is based on the actual situation of a shell powder coal gasification furnace applied by a coal chemical enterprise,combined with relevant reference materials and theoretical analysis,and identified several main causes of damage to the coal burner of Shell's powder coal gasification furnace.Based on these reasons,targeted solutions and maintenance measures were discussed in detail,in order to improve the operational stability of the coal burner of Shell's coal gasification furnace and provide reference for subsequent related work.
