松软围岩岩巷锚注加固技术研究

摘  要:32503底抽巷巷帮及底板均为软岩、裂隙发育且岩体遇水膨胀软化,导致巷道围岩变形量大,原采用的U型钢+锚网索支护难以满足巷道围岩控制需要。在对32503底抽巷围岩岩性以及巷道围岩变形特征分析基础上,提出采用锚注支护技术控制围岩,具体采用注浆锚索、注浆锚杆提高巷帮、底板岩体整体承载能力及稳定性,降低围岩变形量,并对锚注支护具体方案进行设计。现场应用后,32503底抽巷锚注支护段围岩变形量整体较小,巷道断面可满足后续使用需要。The sides and floor of the 32503 bottom extraction roadway are both soft rock with developed cracks and soft rock mass that expands and softens when encountering water,resulting in a large amount of deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The original U-shaped steel+anchor mesh cable support is difficult to meet the needs of controlling the surrounding rock of the roadway.Based on the analysis of the lithology and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the 32503 bottom extraction roadway,it is proposed to use anchor injection support technology to control the surrounding rock.Specifically,grouting anchor cables and grouting anchor rods are used to improve the overall bearing capacity and stability of the roadway and floor rock mass,reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock,and design specific anchor injection support schemes.After on-site application,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the anchoring and grouting support section of the 32503 bottom extraction tunnel is generally small,and the tunnel section can meet the subsequent use needs.
