煤矿采空区防灭火及工作面端头封堵技术研究

摘  要:针对高瓦斯矿井采空区遗煤易发生自燃现象,工作面端头难封堵易出现封堵不严,引发瓦斯超限存在严重安全隐患的问题,基于晋能控股煤业集团某矿2303工作面采空区防灭火现状,分析了当前采空区防灭火技术现存的不足与工作面端头封堵方法现存的缺陷,提出了可采用超高水材料进行井下防灭火的策略,并提出了可采用超高水材料泵送装袋封堵工作面端头的方法,经实际应用,应用这些新材料新技术进行工作面采空区防灭火,工作面防灭火效果明显提高,工作劳动强度显著降低,且作业时间可缩减50%左右,减少了环境污染,取得了较好的应用效果。In response to the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf areas of high gas mines,and the difficulty in sealing the end of the working face,which can lead to serious safety hazards due to gas exceeding the limit,based on the current situation of goaf fire prevention and control in the 2303 working face of a certain mine of Jinneng Coal Industry Group,this paper analyzes the existing shortcomings of goaf fire prevention and control technology and the existing defects of working face end sealing methods.A strategy for underground fire prevention and extinguishing using ultra-high water materials has been proposed,and a method for sealing the end of the working face by pumping and bagging ultra-high water materials has been proposed.After practical application,these new materials and technologies have been applied to prevent and extinguish fire in the goaf of the working face.The fire prevention and extinguishing effect of the working face has been significantly improved,the labor intensity has been significantly reduced,and the working time can be reduced by about 50%,reducing environmental pollution,and achieving good application results.
