摘 要:针对粗轧奥氏体不锈钢中间坯分层产生的质量问题,采用金相组织观察等方法,对分层位置进行能谱分析。分析结果显示,由于板头尾温度较低,芯部中间位置析出碳化物及氧化物,在轧制过程中产生应力集中,形成裂纹,裂纹扩展后形成分层缺陷。通过改善加热工艺,增强保温措施,同时增加切头切尾长度,分层现象有所缓解。In response to the quality problem caused by delamination in the intermediate billet of austenitic stainless steel during rough rolling in our factory,methods such as metallographic observation were used to conduct energy spectrum analysis on the location of the delamination.The analysis results show that due to the low temperature at the head and tail of the plate,carbides and oxides precipitate in the middle of the core,resulting in stress concentration and crack formation during the rolling process.After crack propagation,layered defects are formed.By improving the heating process,enhancing insulation measures,and increasing the length of the cutting head and tail,the layering phenomenon has been alleviated.
