摘　　要：主要研究了适用于超塑成形的TC4薄板轧制工艺,对比分析了三种不同轧制工艺TC4板材的优缺点,及工艺过程和成品性能,讨论了TC4板材在轧制过程中,采用不同的层间润滑剂对TC4板材的表面质量的影响。The main research was conducted on the rolling process of TC4 thin plate suitable for superplastic forming.The advantages and disadvantages of three different rolling processes,as well as the process and finished product properties,were compared and analyzed.The influence of different interlayer lubricants on the surface quality of TC4 thin plate during the rolling process was discussed.
