摘 要:根据冷轧连退反馈的短线缺陷(宽度0.2~0.5 mm、长度1.5~2 mm),采用扫描电镜(SEM)和电子能谱(EDS)仪分析了缺陷区域底层的物质构成,确定缺陷处的主要成分为w(Ni)=5%~7%、w(Cr)=1%~2%、w(Si)=1%~2%,与热轧精轧F4—F6无限冷硬精轧轧辊成分相同。结合缺陷的宏观特征,确定缺陷的产生机理为热轧F5—F6工作辊冷却不足,导致轧辊温度偏高,轧辊表层组织破碎剥落,压入带钢后经冷轧形成短线缺陷。通过热轧烫辊制度优化、末道次精轧负荷控制、各机架工作辊冷却水和润滑控制、F1—F6全机架高速钢轧辊配置等措施,使冷轧短线缺陷发生率由15.8%降低至1.0%。According to the short line defects(width 0.2~0.5mm,length 1.5~2mm)fed back by cold rolling continuous annealing,the material composition of the bottom layer of the defect area was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and electronic energy spectrum(EDS).The main components of the defects are determined to be w(Ni)=5%~7%,w(Cr)=1%~2%,and w(Si)=1%~2%,which are the same as the components of hot-rolled finishing F4-F6 infinite cold and hard finishing rolls.Combined with the macro characteristics of the defects,it is determined that the mechanism of the defects is that the hot-rolled F5-F6 work roll is not cooled enough,which leads to the high roll temperature,the roll surface structure is broken and peeled,and the short line defects are formed by cold rolling after being pressed into the strip steel.The occurrence rate of short line defects in cold rolling has been reduced from 15.8% to 1.0%through measures such as optimizing hot rolling schedule,final finishing rolling load,cooling water and lubrication control of work rolls in each stand,and configuration of F1-F6 full stand high speed steel rolls.
