摘 要:通过对不同热轧温度工艺参数下生产的10.0 mm规格Q690D热卷,进行热轧组织性能分析,以分析不同终轧温度、卷取温度工艺参数下,对Q690D热轧组织性能的影响。结果表明,在相同的成分、加热制度、层流冷却模式下,采用较高的终轧温度,利于铁素体晶粒细化,但析出强化作用减弱,钢的低温韧性明显降低;采用相对较高卷取温度情况下,有利于微合金元素的析出强化作用,且配合相对适中的的高终轧温度,使过冷度加大,铁素体的形核驱动力加大,形核率增加,利于晶粒细化,最终获得良好的综合性能。By analyzing the microstructure and properties of 10.0 mm Q690D hot rolled coil produced under different hot rolling temperature process parameters,the impact of different final rolling temperature and coiling temperature process parameters on the microstructure and properties of Q690D hot rolled coil was analyzed.The results show that under the same composition,heating system,and laminar cooling mode,using a higher final rolling temperature is beneficial for refining ferrite grains,but the precipitation strengthening effect is weakened,and the low-temperature toughness of the steel is significantly reduced.Under the condition of relatively high coiling temperature,it is beneficial for the precipitation strengthening effect of microalloy elements,and combined with a relatively moderate high final rolling temperature,the undercooling is increased,the nucleation driving force of ferrite is increased,and the nucleation rate is increased,which is conducive to grain refinement and ultimately achieves good comprehensive performance.
