摘 要:试验研究了两种不同类型的煤粉在大气和纯氧环境下的热解特性,以及不同的输氧条件下的燃烧性能和燃烧速率的关系。在含φ(O_(2))<51%的情况下,煤粉不发生爆炸,在61%以上时,煤粉表现出较弱的爆炸性,并随着氧气含量的提高而爆炸性增大;富氧输送能促进煤粉燃烧,煤粉φ(O_(2))每提高10%,煤粉燃烧效率提高1.97%;煤比增大,煤粉的燃烧率下降,煤比每提高10 kg/t,燃烧率下降1.13%。The pyrolysis characteristics of two different types of coal powder in atmospheric and pure oxygen environments were experimentally studied,as well as the relationship between combustion performance and combustion rate under different oxygen delivery conditions.Under the condition of φ(O_(2))<51%,coal powder does not explode,while above 61%,coal powder exhibits weak explosiveness,which increases with the increase of oxygen content.Oxygen rich transportation can promote the combustion of coal powder.For every 10% increase ofφ(O_(2)),the combustion efficiency of coal powder increases by 1.97%.As the coal ratio(coal consumption of 1 ton of iron)increases,the combustion rate of coal powder decreases.For every 10 kg/t increase in the coal ratio,the combustion rate decreases by 1.13%.
