摘　　要：圆型钢管经热加工后,常利用抛丸器产生的高速弹丸流束对旋转的钢管外壁进行抛丸清理,清除钢管内、外壁的氧化层与附着物,使之获得均匀精细的洁净表面。但对于异形材,由于其表面不规则,难以在抛丸器轨道上进行自转和前进,使抛丸不能正常进行,针对此问题设计一种工艺方案,使异形材能够通过抛丸机进行表面抛光,此法适用于H型钢、T型钢等各种型材表面的抛丸处理。At present,after hot processing of the circular steel pipe,the high-speed shot flow beam generated by the shot blasting device is often used to clean the outer wall of the rotating steel pipe,to remove the oxide layer and the adhesion of the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe,so as to obtain a uniform and fine clean surface.However,for the shaped material,due to its irregular surface,it is difficult to rotate and advance on the track of the shot blasting device,so that the shot blasting can not be carried out normally.In this paper,a scheme is designed to make the special-shaped material can be polished by the shot blasting machine.This method is suitable for shot blasting of the surface of H beam,T beam and other profiles.
