摘  要:六钢棒材Φ14 mm螺纹钢四切分生产过程中出现轧件头部切偏现象,俗称“切偏头”,并且存在某单线堆钢及进口拉渣等问题,由此导致轧废、故障停机时间增多、作业率降低、螺纹钢负差轧制操作困难等,针对该情况,通过对棒材Φ14 mm螺纹钢四切分孔型系统进行优化,对导卫、轧机装配精度进行严格把控,制定轧制过程中张力控制、料型调整标准,实现了Φ14 mm螺纹钢四切分的稳定生产,提高了各项经济技术指标。During the production process of bars Φ14 mm thread steel with four slitting,there was a phenomenon of cutting off the head of the rolled piece,commonly known as the"cutting off head",and there were problems such as a single line stacking of steel and imported slag pulling,which resulted in increased rolling waste,increased downtime due to faults,reduced operation rate,and difficulties in negative differential rolling of thread steel.In response to this situation,the optimization of bar material Φ14 mm threaded steel with four slitting pass system was conducted,strict control of the assembly accuracy of the guide and rolling mill,and formulation of tension control and material shape adjustment standards during the rolling process havebeen achieved.The stable production of Φ14 mm threaded steel with four slits has improved various economic and technical indicators.
