摘  要:针对长钢炼铁厂九高炉近两年来不断提高铁水硅稳定率的生产实践进行详细总结,通过强化原燃料管理、推行标准化作业、改善出铁管理、优化休复风方案等措施,使铁水硅稳定率不断提高,由2021年的82%提高到现在的90%以上,超过首钢长钢公司制定的80%目标,为铁钢界面推行的“一罐到底”工艺技术提供了有力保障。A detailed summary is made on the production practice of continuously improving the silicon stability rate of molten iron in the ninth blast furnace of Changgang Iron and Steel Plant in the past two years.Through measures such as strengthening raw material and fuel management,promoting standardized operations,improving iron tapping management,and optimizing the wind break and recovery plan,the silicon stability rate of molten iron has been continuously increased,from 82% in 2021 to over 90% now,exceeding the 80% target set by Shougang Changgang Company.This provides a strong guarantee for the implementation of the"one can to the bottom"process technology at the iron steel interface.
