摘　　要：邯钢2250 mm轧线自2008年建厂以来,热轧带钢表面出现质量问题的现象较多,尤其是2021年以来,随着生产模式日渐高效,表面质量问题越来越严重。针对该问题,通过提高设备精度、拓宽设备模型和改进管理方法等方式,很好地解决了这一难题,同时为进一步扩大产能、提高产品表面质量打下坚实基础。Since the establishment of the 2250 mm rolling line in Handan Iron and Steel Group in 2008,there have been many surface quality problems on the hot rolled strip steel,especially since 2021.With the efficient production mode,surface quality problems have become increasingly serious.In response to this problem,the improvement methods of improving equipment accuracy,expanding equipment models and management methods have effectively solved this problem,while laying a solid foundation for further expanding production capacity and improving product surface quality.
