摘 要:为进一步提高球墨铸铁管产量、降低成本、增加效益,促使退火工艺得到进一步的优化和升级,以60 m长蓄式退火炉为研究对象,基于其构成及应用现状,制订退火炉余热利用方案,根据退火炉缓冷段生产现状特性和热力计算,对余热锅炉进行了优化设计。应用结果表明,退火炉余热经利用后,可以满足一车间生产用气,取得了明显的经济效益。In order to further improve the production of ductile iron pipes,reduce costs,increase benefits,and promote further optimization and upgrading of the annealing process,a 60 meter long storage annealing furnace was taken as the research object.Based on its composition and application status,an annealing furnace waste heat utilization plan was developed.Based on the production characteristics and thermal calculation of the slow cooling section of the annealing furnace,the waste heat boiler was optimized and designed.The application results showed that after the waste heat of the annealing furnace was utilized.It can meet the production gas consumption of a workshop and achieve significant economic benefits.
