摘　　要：高炉炼铁是钢铁企业生产中至关重要的一环,在生产中起到承上启下的作用。长钢3号高炉已投产多年,部分设备老化严重,对安全生产造成威胁,因此对3号高炉进行升级改造势在必行。鉴于高炉中修EPC项目具有“短、平、快”的特点,重点对高炉中修的设计内容、前期准备及施工管理进行阐述,从设计、采购、施工等多环节进行强化管理,为3号高炉高质量、安全中修及顺利投产提供了有效保证。Blast furnace ironmaking is a crucial link in the production of steel enterprises,playing a connecting role.The No.3 blast furnace of Changgang has been in operation for many years,and some equipment is severely aging,posing a threat to safety production.Therefore,it is imperative to upgrade and renovate the No.3 blast furnace.Considering the characteristics of"short,flat,and fast"in the EPC project of blast furnace medium maintenance,the focus is on elaborating the design content,preliminary preparation,and construction management of blast furnace medium maintenance,strengthening management from multiple aspects such as design,procurement,and construction,providing effective guarantees for high-quality,safe medium maintenance and smooth production of No.3 blast furnace.
