摘  要:首钢长钢35 MW富余煤气发电项目对提高自发电比例、节能降耗减排具有重要作用,提升机组发电效率对经营生产贡献较大,汽耗是发电效率的重要指标,然而2021年发现汽轮机汽耗持续上升,于是,对影响汽耗的诸多因素进行认真分析。发现影响汽耗的最大因素是凝汽器真空,真空值每提升1%,将使汽轮机的汽耗量降低0.4%,因此对汽轮机凝汽器真空进行攻关,对保证机组高效安全运行具有重要意义。The 35MW surplus gas power generation project of Shougang Changzhi Steel&Iron Co.,Ltd.plays an important role in improving the proportion of self-generated electricity,saving energy and reducing emissions.Improving the generating efficiency of the unit contributes a lot to the operation and production.The important indicator of generating efficiency is steam consumption.However,in 2021,it is found that steam consumption of the turbine continues to rise.It is found that the biggest factor affecting the steam consumption is the condenser vacuum.When the vacuum value is increased by 1%,the steam consumption of the steam turbine will be reduced by 0.4%.Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problem of the condenser vacuum of the steam turbine to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the unit.
