摘 要:倍尺剪和冷床区是棒材热轧后续冷却工艺的关键设备,其紧密有序配合对轧线稳定生产有着至关重要的作用。鉴于此,重点介绍了倍尺剪、冷床输入辊道及冷床的工作原理,并针对现场实践过程中遇到的倍尺过长或过短、裙板油缸动作不同步等问题进行了详细分析,通过采取全长倍尺优化、继电器动作次数和电流检测等方法,有效提升了轧制效率和成材率,也为同类型设备的技术改进提供了参考。Double-length shear and cooling bed area are the key equipment for the subsequent cooling process of bar hot rolling,and their close and orderly coordination plays a vital role in the stable production of the rolling line.This paper briefly introduces the working principles of the double length shear,the cooling bed input roller table and the cooling bed,and analyzes in detail the problems encountered in the field practice,such as the long and short double length,and the unsynchronized action of the skirt oil cylinder.By adopting the methods of full-length double length optimization,relay action times and current detection,the rolling efficiency and yield rate are effectively improved,and the reference is also provided for the technical improvement of the same type of equipment.
