摘　　要：矫正机骨架密封安装要求严格,通过对密封使用工况及结构的研究,调研实际安装过程中出现的问题,改进工艺手段,制定了一套有效的工艺方法,在骨架密封安装过程中要求均匀施压,将骨架密封均匀压入轴承盖内,保证了骨架密封不变形,避免了由于变形产生的泄漏,此工艺方案操作简单,装配质量一致性高,并且降低了生产劳动强度。The installation requirements for the skeleton seal of the straightening machine are strict.Through research on the working conditions and structure of the seal,the problems encountered in the actual installation process were investigated,and the process measures were improved.An effective process method was developed.During the installation process of the skeleton seal,uniform pressure was required,and the skeleton seal was evenly pressed into the bearing cover,ensuring that the skeleton seal did not deform and avoiding leakage caused by deformation.This process plan is simple to operate with high consistency in assembly quality and reduced production labor intensity.
