摘  要:转炉CO_(2)-O_(2)混合喷吹炼钢工艺技术是基于现有生产工艺的重大变革,在现有产品质量不恶化甚至提升的基础上,开发二氧化碳在转炉炼钢资源化利用技术可产生显著的环保效益,对提高首钢产品竞争力有重要意义。以CO_(2)在转炉中理论反应为基础进行研究,分析不同底吹模式及顶吹CO_(2)对转炉生产的影响,并探讨二氧化碳在实际应用中的特点和对生产操作的影响,总结应用过程中发现的问题,并针对性地采取措施。应用实践表明,将CO_(2)用于转炉冶炼,不仅提高了炼钢冶金效果,而且增加了转炉煤气回收量,取得了显著效果。The converter CO_(2)-O_(2) mixed injection steelmaking process technology is a significant transformation based on existing production processes.On the basis of not deteriorating or even improving the quality of existing products,the development of carbon dioxide resource utilization technology in converter steelmaking can generate significant environmental benefits,which is of great significance for improving the competitiveness of Shougang's products.Based on the theoretical reaction of CO_(2) in the converter,this study analyzes the impact of different bottom blowing modes and top blowing CO_(2) on converter production,explores the characteristics of carbon dioxide in practical applications and its impact on production operations,summarizes the problems discovered during the application process,and takes targeted measures.Application practice has shown that using CO_(2) in converter smelting not only improves the metallurgical efficiency of steelmaking,but also increases the recovery of converter gas,achieving significant results.
