摘  要:为了解决高炉喷煤自动控制系统所存在的控制精确性差、喷煤效率低的难题。研究了一种新的炼铁高炉喷煤自动控制系统。通过对喷煤工艺流程的分析,采用精确控制阀门开度的反馈控制模式,实现对高炉喷煤过程的自动调控。根据实际应用表明,新的喷煤自动控制系统能够将喷煤偏差控制在±1%内,将喷煤效率提升4.4%,极大地提升了高炉运行的稳定性和可靠性。In order to solve the problems of poor control accuracy and low coal injection efficiency in the automatic control system for blast furnace coal injection,a new automatic control system for coal injection into ironmaking blast furnaces has been proposed.By analyzing the coal injection process flow and adopting a feedback control mode that accurately controls the valve opening,automatic control of the coal injection process in the blast furnace is achieved.According to practical applications,the new coal injection automatic control system can control the coal injection deviation within±1%,improve the coal injection efficiency by 4.4%,and greatly improve the stability and reliability of blast furnace operation.
