摘　　要：运用工程操作对热轧钢卷入库及发运进行流程分析,通过梳理问题点,制定符合自身的措施,改善钢卷库流程管理,达到降低钢卷库存的目的,提高唐钢内物流效率,降低了成本,对建设大型企业高效物流具有参考意义。The process of warehousing and shipping of hot rolled steel coil is analyzed by engineering operation.By sorting out the problem points and developing measures in line with their own,the process management of steel coil warehouse is improved to achieve the purpose of reducing steel coil inventory,improving the efficiency of logistics in the plant and reducing the cost,which is of great significance for the construction of efficient logistics in large enterprises.
