摘 要:通过分析转炉高废钢比炼钢关键单元技术,总结了各项技术在实际转炉炼钢作业中的应用状况,为后续高废钢比对转炉炼钢工艺的影响分析奠定技术基础。从转炉终点碳温控制、转炉炉衬维护难度、炼钢终点钢水氮含量三个方面分析了高废钢比对转炉炼钢工艺的影响,可以得到高废钢比对转炉炼钢工艺影响较为显著的基本结论。从沙钢无烟煤应用、废钢质量管理、提温剂应用、转炉成渣工艺、转炉操作工艺总结了高废钢比对转炉炼钢工艺影响的应对措施,发现通过科学控制工艺能够有效规避高废钢比对转炉炼钢工艺的不利影响,最终为转炉炼钢工艺优化和高废钢比炼钢作业提供参考。By analyzing the key unit technologies of converter steelmaking with high scrap ratio,the application status of various technologies in actual converter steelmaking operations was summarized,laying a technical foundation for the subsequent analysis of the impact of high scrap ratio on converter steelmaking process.The influence of high scrap ratio on converter steelmaking process was analyzed from three aspects:control of converter endpoint carbon temperature,difficulty of converter lining maintenance,and nitrogen content of steelmaking endpoint steel.The basic conclusion that high scrap ratio has a significant impact on converter steelmaking process can be drawn.From the application of anthracite,scrap quality management,application of temperature raising agent,converter slagging process and converter operation process in Shagang,the countermeasures for the impact of high scrap ratio on converter steelmaking process are summarized.It is found that the adverse impact of high scrap ratio on converter steelmaking process can be effectively avoided through scientific process control,which ultimately provides a reference for converter steelmaking process optimization and high scrap ratio steelmaking operation.
