摘 要:不锈钢爆炸复合板挖补焊接中的过渡层、复层通常用手工电弧焊焊接,存在生产效率低、工人劳动强度大的问题,对此,通过分析药芯焊丝气体保护焊的工艺特点,选取合适的焊接工艺参数,开展焊接工艺试验,检验焊缝理化性能,并对其微观组织进行分析,研究药芯焊丝气保焊在复合板挖补焊中的应用。试验表明,采用该方法焊接的试样各项性能满足标准要求,在实际生产中,需要根据实际情况对工艺进行调整,以获得最佳的作业方法。The transition layer and cladding layer of stainless steel explosive clad plate are usually welded by shielded metal arc welding,which has the problems of low production efficiency and high labor intensity.In this regard,by analyzing the process characteristics of flux cored wire gas shielded welding,selecting appropriate welding process parameters,conducting welding process tests,inspecting the physical and chemical properties of the weld seam,and analyzing its microstructure,the application of flux cored wire gas shielded welding in composite plate repair welding is studied.The experiment shows that the various properties of the specimens welded by this method meet the standard requirements.In actual production,it is necessary to adjust the process according to the actual situation to obtain the best operating method.
