摘  要:热处理技术能够确保金属材料在加工过程中不会因外界因素的影响导致其性能发生改变,但不同热处理技术的能源消耗情况各不相同,要想满足节能需求,需要探寻新型热处理节能技术。鉴于此,重点对激光热处理技术、真空热处理技术、薄层渗透技术、计算机辅助技术及振动时效处理技术进行了系统介绍,并分析了金属材料热处理节能技术要点,以期使热处理技术在得到更好地应用的同时,降低对环境的污染及能源的过度消耗。Heat treatment technology can ensure that metal materials will not change their performance due to external factors during the processing process.However,the energy consumption of different heat treatment technologies varies.To meet energy-saving needs,it is necessary to explore new heat treatment energy-saving technologies.In view of this,a systematic introduction was focused on laser heat treatment technology,vacuum heat treatment technology,thin layer penetration technology,computer-aided technology,and vibration aging treatment technology.The key points of energy-saving technology for metal material heat treatment were analyzed,in order to better apply heat treatment technology while reducing environmental pollution and excessive energy consumption.
