摘　　要：针对罐式煅烧炉的管理问题,提出了一种基于罐式煅烧炉全生命周期管理体系的应用方案。该方案以罐式煅烧炉的全生命周期为视角,从罐式煅烧炉的选型、采购、筑炉、烘炉、运行维护、重修等环节入手,建立了一套完整的罐式煅烧炉全生命周期管理体系,实现了对罐式煅烧炉从选型到重修的全过程管理。在实际应用中,该方案能够提高罐式煅烧炉的使用效率,延长罐式煅烧炉的使用寿命,降低罐式煅烧炉管理成本,对于促进罐式煅烧炉的可持续发展具有重要意义。In response to the management issues of tank calciners,an application solution based on the full lifecycle management system of tank calciners is proposed.This plan takes the full life cycle of the tank calciner as the perspective,starting from the selection,procurement,furnace construction,drying,operation and maintenance,and repair of the tank calciner,and establishes a complete life cycle management system for the tank calciner,achieving the entire process management from type selection to repair.In practical applications,this plan can improve the efficiency of the use of the tank calciner,extend its service life,reduce the management cost of the tank calciner,and is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of the tank calciner.
