摘  要:高炉炼铁具有工艺流程简单、生产效率高的优点,是一种应用最广泛的炼铁技术,但炼铁过程中需要消耗大量的能源。随着全球钢铁工业竞争的加剧,如何减少在炼铁过程中的能源消耗,提高炼铁的经济性便成了钢铁企业必须认真考虑的问题。于是从冶炼前端、中端、后端三个阶段入手,提出了高炉炼铁节能减排的措施,为优化钢铁冶炼工艺,提高钢铁冶炼经济性和市场竞争力奠定了基础。Blast furnace ironmaking has the advantages of simple process flow and high production efficiency,making it the most widely used ironmaking technology.However,the ironmaking process requires a large amount of energy consumption.With the intensification of global competition in the steel industry,how to reduce energy consumption in the ironmaking process and improve the economy of ironmaking has become a serious issue that steel companies must consider.So,starting from the three stages of smelting,namely the front-end,mid-range,and back-end,measures for energy conservation and emission reduction in blast furnace ironmaking were proposed,laying the foundation for optimizing the steel smelting process,improving the economic efficiency and market competitiveness of steel smelting.
