摘 要:从原料组成和物料平衡分析和模拟计算了以各种含甲烷工业气体和不同品质煤炭为原料制取高品质气基直接还原铁还原气的可行性。结合工业实践数据的分析表明,无论是富氢的含甲烷原料气,还是富碳的沼气,都可以经干重整或双重整一步直接转化制得竖炉工艺所需的直接还原铁还原气。以不同煤阶的煤炭为原料,采用氧气气化,同时必须采用补氢或水气变换进行原料气组成的调节和相应的预处理,才能满足竖炉工艺直接还原铁对还原气的要求。Based on the analysis and simulation of raw material composition and material balance,the feasibility of producing high quality reducing gas for direct reduced iron(DRI)process from various methane-containing industrial gases and coal of different quality has been calculated.Combined with the industrial data,it is shown that the DRI reducing gas for shaft furnace process can be obtained directly by either hydrogen-rich methane-containing raw gas or carbon-rich methane gas through dry reforming or bi-reforming.In order to meet the requirement of DRI reducing gas in shaft furnace process,oxygen gasification of coal with different coal rank requires adjustment of raw gas composition and corresponding pretreatment by hydrogen supplementation or water-gas shift reaction.
