摘 要:针对带钢轧制过程中应用传统PID控制无法实现精确控制的问题,通过分析智能控制和PID控制相结合的优势,设计出一种智能PID控制器,构建其仿真模型,并对比仿真验证控制效果。结果表明:无延时时,智能PID控制具有更高的超调效果,在响应时间上更为快速,且抗干扰能力强;有延时时,对比传统PID和PSO-PID,智能PID控制的调整时间最短,超调量最小,具有更好的动静态性能,提高了轧制质量。In response to the problem that traditional PID control cannot achieve precise control in the process of strip steel rolling,an intelligent PID contro is designed by analyzing the advantages of combining intelligent control and PID control,constructing its simulation model,and comparing and verifying the control effect.The results show that without delay,intelligent PID control has higher overshoot effect,faster response time,and strong anti-interference ability.When there is a delay,compared to traditional PID and PSO-PID,intelligent PID control has the shortest adjustment time,the smallest overshoot,and better dynamic and static performance,improving rolling quality.
