摘 要:介绍了某厂采用120 t转炉+LF炉+去渣工艺冶炼超低磷钢的工艺,转炉终渣碱度控制在4.0~4.5,出钢温度控制在1570~1610℃,出钢定氧质量分数>0.05%,可将转炉出钢w[P]控制在0.010%以下;在LF炉脱磷工艺下,平均脱磷率72%,去渣后返磷率20%~35%,扒渣工艺去渣效果优于捞渣工艺,去渣后中包w[P]可稳定控制在0.005%及以下。This article introduces the process of smelting ultra-low phosphorus steel using a 120 ton converter+LF furnace+slag removal process in a certain factory.The final slag alkalinity of the converter is controlled between 4.0 and 4.5,the tapping temperature is controlled within 1570~1610℃,and the oxygen mass fraction during tapping is>0.05%.The tapping w[P]of the converter can be controlled below 0.010%.Under the LF furnace dephosphorization process,the average dephosphorization rate is 72%,and the phosphorus return rate after slag removal is 20%~35%.The slag removal effect of the slag removal process is better than that of the slag removal process,and the w[P]of the ladle after slag removal can be stably controlled below 0.005%.
