摘  要:在强化电流后的铝电解系列中,由于电解槽的槽壳散热面积和内衬材料未能实现同步调整,导致电解槽炉膛内型遭到破坏,特别是炉帮伸腿不能有效形成,导致电解槽的生产稳定性及电解经济技术指标劣化,通过分析、寻找一两种添加剂进行改善电解质成分,促进电解槽炉帮、伸腿的形成,并在生产实践中进行论证和验证。In the aluminum electrolysis series after strengthening the current,due to the failure to achieve synchronous adjustment of the heat dissipation area of the electrolytic cell shell and the lining material,the inner shape of the electrolytic cell furnace was damaged,especially the inability to effectively form the furnace legs,resulting in the deterioration of the production stability and electrolysis economic and technical indicators of the electrolytic cell.By analyzing and searching for one or two additives to improve the electrolyte composition,the formation of the electrolytic cell furnace legs and legs was promoted,which are demonstrated and verified in production practice.
