摘  要:受原料条件限制,2号高炉的Ti负荷和Zn负荷高,其中Ti负荷最高23.30 kg/t,Zn负荷最高1.92 kg/t,Ti负荷高导致炉缸堆积、翻料和悬料频繁、料速缓慢、顶温高,加之Zn负荷高,炉缸堆积造成中心气流排Zn不畅,造成炉身中部炉墙结厚。针对炉况出现的此些问题,具体分析炉缸堆积与炉墙结厚原因,并按照开炉料进行洗炉处理,使得炉况逐步好转。Due to the limitations of raw material conditions,the Ti and Zn loads of the No.2 blast furnace are high,with a Ti load of up to 23.30 kg/t and a Zn load of up to 1.92 kg/t.The high Ti load leads to frequent accumulation,turnover,and suspension of materials in the furnace hearth,slow material speed,and high top temperature.In addition,the high Zn load causes the accumulation of gas in the furnace hearth to hinder the flow of Zn in the center,resulting in the thickening of the furnace wall in the middle of the furnace body.In response to these problems in the furnace condition,the reasons for the accumulation of furnace hearth and the thickening of furnace walls are analyzed in detail,and the furnace is washed according to the starting material to gradually improve the furnace condition.
