摘　　要：随着国家对企业设备智能化、生产精益化以及环保要求越来越严格。铸管行业通过工艺技术改造、优化装备结构、提高装备水平等一些新工艺的引进,使铸管生产技术取得了较大进步,铸管产、质量得到提高,同时铸管技术经济指标明显改善。With the increasingly strict requirements of the country for intelligent equipment,lean production,and environmental protection in enterprises.The casting pipe industry has made significant progress in casting pipe production technology through the introduction of new processes such as technological transformation,optimization of equipment structure,and improvement of equipment level.The production and quality of casting pipes have been improved,and the technical and economic indicators of casting pipes have also significantly improved.
