摘  要:鉴于设备状态在线监测是实现高效预知性维护的前置条件,分析钢铁企业传统设备维修策略存在的弊端,提出设备维修策略的决策程序,并在太原钢铁(集团)电气有限公司选取了推进预知性维修的试点设备,从设备状态在线监测系统搭建、信号处理、振动分析三个方面探讨了预知性维修关键技术应用方法及效果,以典型案例的形式进一步论证了预知性维修产生的巨大经济社会效益。As to the fact that online monitoring of equipment status is a prerequisite for achieving efficient predictive maintenance,this paper analyzes the drawbacks of traditional equipment maintenance strategies in steel enterprises,and proposes a decision-making process for equipment maintenance strategies,and selects pilot equipment to promote predictive maintenance in our enterprise.It explores the application methods and effects of key predictive maintenance technologies from three aspects:equipment status online monitoring system construction,signal processing,and vibration analysis.It further demonstrates the huge economic and social benefits generated by predictive maintenance in the form of typical cases.
