摘  要:捣固焦炉因入炉煤挥发分较高,装煤时产生的烟尘较大,若装煤技术得不到升级优化,会导致装煤时大量的烟尘外泄,无法适应当前的环保形势。为解决此问题,实现无烟装煤,以首钢长钢焦化厂2×65孔6 m捣固焦炉项目为研究背景,针对装煤过程中存在的问题,从装煤除尘吸力、高压氨水压力、集气管压力等方面对除尘效果进行分析,并采取减少烟尘溢出为主要手段、收集溢出烟尘为辅助手段的除尘措施,从而使焦炉无烟装煤的效果得到显著提升。Due to the high volatile content of incoming coal,the stamping coke oven generates a large amount of smoke and dust during coal loading.If the coal loading technology is not upgraded and optimized,it will lead to a large amount of smoke and dust leakage during coal loading,which cannot adapt to the current environmental situation.To solve this problem and achieve smokeless coal loading,taking 2×65 hole 6 m stamping coke oven project in coking plant of Shouggang Changang as the research background,in response to the problems existing in the coal loading process,the dust removal effect is analyzed from the aspects of coal loading dust suction,high-pressure ammonia water pressure,and gas collection pipe pressure.The dust removal measures of reducing smoke and dust overflow as the main means and collecting overflow smoke and dust as auxiliary means are adopted,thus significantly improving the smokeless coal loading effect of the coke oven.
