摘　　要：由于铜冶炼转炉烟气工况不稳定,烟尘温度高,成分复杂且具有腐蚀性。针对铜冶炼转炉烟气特性,结合以往转炉电除尘器在应用过程中遇到的技术问题,对电除尘器的参数选型及结构进行优化。结合设备的实际运行状况,说明参数选型及结构优化对电收尘器的稳定运行及提高收尘效率具有重要意义。Due to the unstable working conditions of copper smelting converter flue gas,high smoke temperature,complex composition,and corrosiveness.Based on the characteristics of copper smelting converter flue gas and the technical problems encountered in the application of converter electrostatic precipitators in the past,the parameter selection and structure optimization of electrostatic precipitators are carried out.Based on the actual operation status of the equipment,it is important to explain the parameter selection and structural optimization for the stable operation and improvement of dust collection efficiency of the electric dust collector.
