摘  要:不同规格的矿井废水处理工艺流程不同,需要结合废水处理的整体工作量要求及废水处理的质量要求进行合理规划。工艺设计过程中,也需要注重设备与技术的匹配应用,并且注重工艺流程应用灵活性的提升,以便适应具体项目的实际要求,取得更好的矿井废水处理与再利用效果。鉴于此,以具体工程项目中的50 m^(3)/h矿井的废水处理工艺流程为研究背景,介绍工艺流程筛选的基本原则,分析工艺流程选择时需要考虑的要点问题,阐述矿井水处理工艺基本流程与具体的实践方法。通过在该矿井废水处理工作中实施对净水器设备、超滤系统处理工艺及反渗透系统等的实践应用,达到了良好的废水处理效果。Different specifications of mine wastewater treatment processes require reasonable planning based on the overall workload requirements and quality requirements of wastewater treatment.In the process of process design,it is also necessary to pay attention to the matching application of equipment and technology,and to improve the flexibility of process flow application,in order to adapt to the actual requirements of specific projects and achieve better results in mine wastewater treatment and reuse.In view of this,with a specific engineering project the wastewater treatment process of 50 m^(3)/h mine as the research background,this article introduces the basic principles of process selection,analyzes the key issues that need to be considered when selecting process flow,and elaborates on the basic process and specific practical methods of mine water treatment process.Through the practical application of water purifier equipment,ultrafiltration system treatment process,and reverse osmosis system in the mine wastewater treatment work,good wastewater treatment results have been achieved.
