摘　　要：简要介绍了高炉工程中新型底滤水冲渣系统生产工艺及应用现状,论述了系统主要设备的安装及调试要点,并对系统联调、主要设备使用与维护进行总结。新型底滤法渣处理工艺针对节能降耗、绿色减排、提高劳动生产率的技术措施层出不穷,但对系统如何配置,需要达到的节能减排效果、自动化水平以及安全控制措施等均缺乏相应的规范和指导文件,各生产厂家应结合实际制定更具体且符合本厂操作条件的安装、操作、维护规程。The application status of the new bottom filtration process is introduced,the key points of installation and commissioning of the main equipment is discussed,and system test,using and maintenance of the main equipment are summarized in this paper.Technical measures of energy saving,emission reduction,improving labor productivity for new bottom filtration technology are emerging.But the corresponding specifications and guidance documents of energy saving,emission reduction,automation targets are lack.Each plant shall formulate specific installation,operation and maintenance regulations in accordance with the actual conditions of the factory.
