摘 要:为解决不锈钢冷轧废水站废水最终排放流量测量数据波动大及小流量废水无法准确测量问题,从巴歇尔槽的组成、标准巴歇尔槽构造尺寸、标准巴歇尔槽流量计算、巴歇尔槽前标准长度设计要求、巴歇尔槽安装位置密封情况五方面进行分析研究,采用排除及比对方法,得出巴歇尔槽前入口液面波动及安装固定位置密封性差两个影响因素,最终从减少巴歇尔槽前液面波动性和对安装位置进行密封两个方面提出解决措施。In order to solve the problem of the fluctuation of the final discharge flow measurement data of the stainless steel cold rolling wastewater station and the inaccuracy of the small discharge measurement,this paper analyzes and studies the composition of the Bashir tank,the structural dimension of the standard Bashir tank,the calculation of the flow rate of the standard Bashir tank,the design requirements of the standard length before the Bashir tank,and the sealing condition of the installation position of the Bashir tank,by means of elimination and comparison,it was concluded that the liquid level fluctuation at the inlet of Parshall tank and the poor sealing at the fixed position of the installation were two conclusions,finally,the countermeasures are put forward from two aspects of reducing the fluctuation of the liquid level in front of the Bashir tank and sealing the installation position.
